Overlaping Projects? No Problem.

Sometimes the actions that are carried out in your organization are very complex and the action lists or projects overlap. To keep the action status clear and visible and prevent the need for double tracking the action status, TeamGuru enables to display one action in multiple documents.

To do that, just open the action details and click on the Show Action Location tab. Select a related document in the Related Action Lists section and save the task.

So when you open the related document now, you will see the action at the bottom of the document in the Related Actions section.
