Referral Program Terms

Overview

TeamGuru's referral program is designed to reward people who introduce us to companies that become paying customers. Everyone wins. We handle all the work including demos, trials, setup, and contracts.

Eligibility

• New customers only. The referred company cannot already be a TeamGuru customer at the time of referral.
• Separate organizations. The referred company must be entirely separate from the referrer's current employer.
• Introduction, not sales. A referral is defined as an introduction or recommendation. TeamGuru handles all subsequent activities including demos, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Six-month window. The referred company's first order must occur within six months of the referral submission date.

When Bonuses Are Paid

Referral bonuses are paid only after the referred company subscribes to TeamGuru and their first invoice has been issued and fully paid.

Payment is processed within 30 days of the referred customer's payment being received by TeamGuru.

Bonus Structure

Bonuses are determined by the number of users in the referred company's TeamGuru subscription:

• 10–25 users. $500
• 26–50 users. $1,000
• 51–100 users. $2,500
• 101+ users. $5,000

Payment Methods

• U.S. referrers. Wire transfer or PayPal.
• EU referrers. SEPA bank transfer or PayPal.
• Other locations. International wire transfer or PayPal.

Invoicing Requirements

Referrers must submit a valid invoice complying with applicable local tax laws. Payment details must be provided upon eligibility confirmation.

TeamGuru is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from referral bonuses. Referrers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

General Conditions

TeamGuru reserves the right to validate all referrals and to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

The referral program must comply with applicable laws across all jurisdictions. TeamGuru reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or referrals made in bad faith will result in disqualification and may result in permanent exclusion from the program.
