Terms and Conditions
At TeamGuru, we believe in the power of connections and shared success. That’s why we’re introducing our referral program, designed to reward you for recommending TeamGuru to your professional network. By helping your friends, past colleagues, or business partners discover TeamGuru, you’ll not only earn a generous bonus but also enable their company to experience the benefits of two extra weeks of premium support. Everyone wins, and we handle all the work—demos, trials, setup, and contracts—making it effortless for you to participate.
Eligibility:
- The referral must be for a company that is not already a customer of TeamGuru and is completely separate from your current company.
- A referral constitutes an introduction or recommendation of our services to the referred company.
- All subsequent work, including demos, trials, setup, and contractual processes, will be handled directly by TeamGuru.
- The referred customer must initiate their first order within six (6) months from the date the referral contact is submitted.
Payment Terms:
The referring party will be eligible for the referral bonus only after:
- The referred company subscribes to TeamGuru.
- The first invoice for the referred company is issued and paid in full.
Payments will be processed within 30 days of the referred customer’s payment being received.
Referral Bonus Structure:
10–25 subscribed users: $500
26–50 subscribed users: $1,000
51–100 subscribed users: $2,500
101+ subscribed users: $5,000
All referral bonus amounts are specified in USD and will be paid in USD unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Method:
- For U.S.-based referrers, payments will be made via wire transfer or PayPal
- For EU-based referrers, payments will be made via SEPA bank transfer or PayPal.
- International wire transfer or PayPal for referrers in other countries.
To receive the payment, the referring party must issue a valid invoice to TeamGuru. The invoice must comply with the applicable tax laws in the referrer’s jurisdiction.
- For individuals, it must include their full name, address, and any applicable tax ID.
- For businesses, it must be issued through their registered entity.
Payment details, including bank account or PayPal information, must be provided by the referring party upon confirmation of eligibility.
General Conditions:
TeamGuru reserves the right to validate and confirm the eligibility of the referred company and the referring party before processing payment.
This program is subject to compliance with applicable laws in both the referrer’s and referred company’s locations.
Program Start Date
This referral program is valid starting from January 24, 2025, and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
