Last year was very busy and great at the same time. With the companies adopting TeamGuru and the existing user community growing we put a lot of energy into focusing on more improvements of the tool, so that it could really make a difference…
Over 150 enhancements were implemented in 2016, many of which were based on the ideas coming from you, the great users of the tool (thank you again!).
Please find a brief overview of the key enhancements implemented, which can be devided into 2 major categories:
- USER EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCTIVITY
- Significant changes were made to the metrics module. Data can now be entered a lot faster thanks to the new “spreadsheet-like” data entry screen.
- Saving of the metrics data is instant as all the processing was made faster and asynchronous (processed in the background). Just before the end of the year great new statistics (Pareto chart) for comparing multiple sites performance were released.
- Labels were introduced in Action lists. You can now easily tag / categorize actions.
- Action comments and meeting minutes are now being automatically saved as a draft to prevent unintentional loss of your notes when leaving the document.
- 8Ds and Quality Alerts were enhanced to keep track of many more details than before
- POWER AND ADMIN TOOLS
- Ability to archive org. units
- Easier creation of new accounts based on settings of the existing accounts
- Faster & better auditing tool for access rights
- Automatic check of redundant user rights definition
- New org. unit look up / select tool optimized for large org. structures
- Mass upload tool for actions now available for all modules, which allow actions management
