5S for your Documents - Keeping Things Organized

Having things in the right place is a crucial aspect of a well-organized workplace. This applies not only to physical objects but also to information storage.

As soon as you know which data / documents you need, it is important to decide, where they will be stored.

Once you decide where the right place is, TeamGuru helps you with the rest. Just go to the Where to display folder tab in the document settings and select one or multiple folders from your organization structure (based on your user access level), where the document should be displayed. One document can be shown in multiple folders so that it is accessible for everyone who needs to use it.
